HANOVER TOWNSHIP — A woman is in custody charged with assault for a shooting in Luzerne County.
Police say Audrey Ducasse from New York was picked up at Stoney Ridge Apartments in Hanover Township just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
According to officers, the victim was hit in the neck, but they have not released a name or condition.
