MOOSIC -- A familiar face was honored in Lackawanna County.
The Boys Scouts presented Tom Clark, longtime WNEP-TV chief meteorologist, with a trophy for his service to the community.
The ceremony was in the Boy Scouts Service and Training Center in Moosic.
Tom Clark retired at the end of last year after 34 years at WNEP.
