KINGSTON -- Police in Luzerne County are hoping surveillance video will help them catch a bank robber.
Officers say a man walked into NBT Bank on Market Street in Kingston last week and handed the teller a note.
He got away on a bicycle.
If you recognize the man, you're asked to call police.
