WILKES-BARRE -- Christmas donkeys helped man the Salvation Army kettle Thursday outside Boscov's in downtown Wilkes-Barre.

The therapy donkeys from Young's Funny Farm in Berwick were brought in to spread holiday cheer.

Normally, the therapy donkeys visit hospitals and nursing homes, instead on Thursday they greeted shoppers in Luzerne County.
