ROSS TOWNSHIP -- The Monroe County district attorney plans to seek the death penalty against a man accused of killing a woman and burying her remains in his backyard.
Michael Horvath was arrested in October. He's accused of killing Holly Grim from Lehigh County.
Grim had been missing since 2013.
In September, her remains were found buried in the backyard of Horvath's home near Saylorsburg.
