SCRANTON -- Christmas time is here in Lackawanna County.
The 25-foot Concolor Fir arrived at Flag Plaza outside the Lackawanna County Courthouse on North Washington Avenue Thursday morning.
The tree was decorated and then lit up Thursday evening.
