LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP -- A jack-knifed tractor trailer had part of a highway in Lycoming County closed down for a few hours Tuesday.

Interstate 180 west near Williamsport was closed between the Third Street exit (23) and the Faxon exit (25) by the rig wreck, according to PennDOT.

Firefighters tell us the rig hit a guard rail on Interstate 180 westbound around noon.

The fuel tank got punctured and about 50 to 100 gallons of diesel spilled onto the road.

There is no word on injuries.

The highway was reopened by 3 p.m.
