Update: 911 Service Restored in Susquehanna County

UPDATE: Susquehanna County officials said 911 service has been restored.

SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY — Authorities at the communications center in Susquehanna County on Saturday said the county is experiencing a Frontier 911 service disruption due to Frontier line issues.  Cell 911 service may also be affected.

In the event of an emergency residents in the Snake Creek “967,” Hallstead and Great Bend “879,” and Susquehanna “853” areas should try to call 570-278-3841 or go to their local fire station, which is currently staffed.
