Police Take Halloween Homicide Suspect into Custody

WILLIAMSPORT -- Police in Williamsport arrested one of the suspects involved in a Halloween double homicide.

Jordan Rawls was arraigned Friday night as one of the two people involved in the shooting that left Kristine Kibler and Shane Wright dead.

Warrants were outstanding for both Rawls and his suspected accomplice, Joseph Coleman.

Police have still not located Coleman.

Anyone with information on Coleman's location is asked to contact police in Williamsport.

    Williamsport police never solve murders, sad to say. . This gangster turned himself in was the only way they got him…..I believe there are at least 6 or 7 unsolved murders and 3 or 4 of them were in the last few years. I heard someone say if you want to get away with murder go to Williamsport.
