UPDATE: The fire has been ruled arson by a Scranton Fire Department inspector
SCRANTON -- A fire at a vacant home in Scranton is under investigation.
Fire broke out at the place on Eynon Street around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The fire chief says flames sparked on the second floor and spread to the attic.
The home has heavy fire and smoke damage.
