NEW YORK -- It`s a big evening in the big apple as WNEP-TV`s Ryan's Run campaign gets closer to Sunday's TCS New York City Marathon.

A few of our runners, including Newswatch 16's Ryan Leckey took part in the International Opening Ceremonies within the last few hours in New York`s Central Park.

Ryan's campaign is one of just a dozen charities worldwide that were asked to walk in this Friday evening's 'Parade of Nations.'

Ryan's Run benefits kids and adults with disabilities served by Allied Services.
