The battle of the bakers is about to go down in Monroe County this weekend. The fifth annual Pocono Cupcake Challenge takes place Sunday at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort in the Marshalls Creek area.
Organizers say "all proceeds benefit the United Way of Monroe County to support the non-profit’s mission to improve lives and provide solutions to those facing life’s challenges and hardships."
