Patrol Bikes Donated to Dunmore PD

DUNMORE -- The Dunmore police department has three new patrol bicycles.

The bikes worth about $4,000 were donated Thursday by Toyota of Scranton.

Dunmore police say the bikes will help officers get to know the community and go places they can't reach with a car.

    Them thar cops ain’t gonna use those bikes. They’re too lazy. Chains will rust up from sittin. Should have donated them to the amish or fire company or sumthin.
