SCRANTON -- With a chill in the air, it was the perfect day for a spooky trolley ride in Scranton.

The Electric City Trolley Station and Museum held its second annual Halloween Fest Saturday afternoon.

The event featured a costume contest, complementary trolley rides, and a magic show.

Over 200 goblins and ghouls attended the festivities in Scranton.
