MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP -- A man is under arrest for a string of armed robberies in the Poconos.

Police have charged Oscar Rodriguez, 42, of Bushkill with robbing the Wayne Bank in May and August.

Police say he admitted to both robberies. He said he was wearing a wig and beard from a Halloween costume from last year.

Rodriquez was arrested after police say he robbed the Subway deli in Middle Smithfield Township, near Marshals Creek, on Saturday, October 1. That's when he admitted to robbing all three places.

Rodriquez is charged with robbery, unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.

So, is it customary that police cruisers park really funny after the fact when a bank was robbed. Like a flat at half mast?
