There’s some new dish on a heart healthy diet.  The research has some experts telling doctors to prescribe olive oil and vegetables over pills.  It all surrounds a new study done by the European Society of Cardiology.  The study found that the Mediterranean diet was associated with lower risk of early death in patients living with cardiovascular disease.
