HAZLETON — A man in Hazleton is facing a slew of charges after police found him with a large cache of weapons.
These photos were sent to Newswatch 16 from the Hazleton Police Chief.
Police say Eric Rodriquez Diaz, 40, of Hazleton is not allowed to have these weapons as they violate his parole, and one weapon was reported stolen.
Rodriquez Diaz allegedly fired a weapon at the mother of his children sometime during the week.
This is after police say he shot at the woman earlier this month, allegedly missing her and hitting a wall.
Rodriquez Diaz faces charges ranging from possession of prohibited firearms to aggravated assault.
