Body Found in Susquehanna River Identified

UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP -- Investigators have identified the man found dead in the Susquehanna River in Northumberland County on Wednesday.

The coroner has identified him as Carlos Ortiz, age 38, of Sunbury.

The cause and manner of death will not be listed until results from toxicology tests are complete.

A kayaker in the river spotted Ortiz's body near the Edison Bridge on Wednesday morning.

    He was a good friend and a good dad. To the jackass that wrote about Trump. You obviously do not understand Trumps stand on immigrants. This man was a hard working, tax paying, family man that I pray they find the degenerate that did this.
