SCRANTON -- A sewer line project has been tying up traffic around Scranton's Courthouse Square all week.
One block of Spruce Street, between North Washington and Wyoming Avenue, is closed while crews do maintenance work.
The closure is creating traffic back ups on the Square and at the end of the Central Scranton Expressway.
