MILL HALL — Gunfire led to assault charges for two men in Clinton County.
Troopers say Joseph Newman from Mill Hall pointed a gun at a man and fired twice Monday night.
He’s also accused of telling another man, Michael Bingaman, to shoot the victim’s knees. Bingman also shot twice.
That victim was not hit by any of that gunfire in Clinton County.
