COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- A pedestrian was hit and killed Wednesday night in Monroe County.
Police say Jeremy Owens, 27, of Tobyhanna, was walking along Route 196 in Coolbaugh Township when he was struck by a Jeep driven by Brian Jackson, 26, of Tobyhanna.
There is no word if any charges have been filed here in Monroe County.
