Go Joe 19 snaked its way along the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania on Thursday.
Newswatch 16 meteorologist Joe Snedeker is riding his bicycle to raise money for St. Joseph's Center in Scranton.
The center helps children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
The fourth leg of Joe's ride started in Columbia, Pennsylvania in Lancaster County. From there, he pedaled to Shamokin Dam in Snyder County.
