MIFFLINVILLE -- Two people need a place to stay after a fire in Columbia County.
Authorities told Newswatch 16, the flames started in a garage and spread to a home on East Third Street in Mifflinville around 2:30 a.m. on Monday.
Two people and four dogs were inside at the time, and managed to make it out of the home.
Officials don't have a cause yet, but don't believe the fire is suspicious.
The state police marshal is being called in to investigate the flames at the Mifflinville home.
