Woman Locked Up for Bringing Heroin to Jail

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP — A nurse at a woman’s jail in New Jersey is locked up for allegedly bringing two bricks of heroin into the Monroe County prison.

Dawn Terry-Dew of Stroudsburg was arrested Tuesday on her way to work.

Authorities say the heroin was found in her purse while she was being processed at the prison on separate drug charges.

    And this is why the budget needs to be used for Drug Dogs at the entrance to the Prisons; State, Federal and County Levels for ALL employees. Prison Employees are some of the worst offenders for bringing in stuff for some reason or another. Drug Dogs at the Employee Entrance and at the Visitors Entrance. I bet quite a few people will be escorted out.
