Accused Kidnapper Back in Court

BEAR CREEK TOWNSHIP — One of three people accused of kidnapping and assaulting a woman in Luzerne County was in court Monday.

Chloe Isaacs pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint, assault, and other charges.

A kidnapping charged was dropped.

Isaacs and two men were arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman in Wilkes-Barre back in 2014, placing her in a barrel for several hours, driving her to a wooded area, and slashing her throat.
