LEROY TOWNSHIP — Police arrested a man from Bradford County after he accidentally shot a man in the leg.
Police say Ryan Casselbury, 19, of Canton was trying to shoot a woodchuck last Saturday, when he hit a man riding a dirt bike.
Casselbury acknowledged that someone was riding a dirt bike in his line of fire in Leroy Township.
The injured man was taken to the hospital.
Casselbury is charged with aggravated assault and simple assault. He is locked up at Bradford County prison.
