WEST PITTSTON — Police say a man was caught on surveillance video stealing a lawnmower from a hardware store in West Pittston on Monday.
The video shows the man getting out of his truck, and simply walking away with a lawnmower that was for sale in front of Old Mill Pine on Exeter Avenue.
Police have not made any arrests yet, but investigators believe they know who the man is.
The West Pittston Police Department shared the video on its Facebook page, asking anyone with information to call Sergeant Michael Turner at 570-655-7780 ext. 306 or email turner@westpittstonpd.com.
