KINGSTON — Police in part of Luzerne County say they’ve arrested a man after a heroin bust.
Officers say Jose Robles-Roman, 42, of Kingston had more than 150 bags of heroin, $14,000 in cash, a handgun, and cell phones.
Kingston Police arrested him Monday at his home along North Thomas Avenue.
Investigators said his girlfriend could also face charges.
