MOOSIC -- Kids learned a lesson in bike safety in Lackawanna County on Saturday.
Lackawanna County commissioners gave away 300 helmets at the fourth annual Bike Safety Fair at PNC Field in Moosic.
Officers fitted helmets for the kids and gave them tips on how to stay safe when riding this summer.
Though the main message was safety, the event also featured some other activities for kids to enjoy.
