DUNMORE -- State troopers who passed away were honored in a ceremony in Lackawanna County.
More than 20 retired troopers participated in the memorial at the state police barracks in Dunmore on Wednesday.
Six members of Troop R have been killed in the line of duty. The most recent was Corporal Bryon Dickson who was shot and killed outside the Blooming Grove barracks on September 12, 2014.
