This month is all about taking care of your body from the ground up! April is National Foot Health Month. Newswatch 16's Ryan Leckey dropped into Pocono Foot & Ankle Consultants in the Stroudsburg area to learn more about this national campaign that's hoping to knock your socks off!
Dr. Lisa Dadson says the goal of this month is to make people more aware that poor foot care can affect your overall health. Her biggest tip is to always make sure your feet stay hydrated to prevent cracking and infections. Dr. Dadson recommends hydrating your feet with creams compared to lotions since those are water based and could dry out your feet even more.
