MORRIS TOWNSHIP — A man from Wellsboro is charged with hitting and killing a 12-year-old bicyclist before fleeing the scene in Tioga County.
Devon Greeley, 24, hit the girl along Route 287 in Morris Township Tuesday night, according to state police.
Greeley is also charged with tampering with evidence.
He’s locked up on more than $600,000 bail.
