Electrical Problem Closes Scranton School

SCRANTON -- Students were sent home Friday morning from one school in Scranton.

The school district dismissed students at JFK Elementary around 10:30 a.m. Friday due to an electrical problem with the fire alarm system.

The school was evacuated and the Scranton Fire Department was called in as a precaution.
