SUNBURY -- Northumberland County has received another $3.7 million in insurance money for its burned out prison.
The final check arrived Wednesday.
For now, the plan is to build a new prison at the former Celotex site in Sunbury at a cost of $35 million.
Until the plan is finalized, officials say the Northumberland County Authority will hold onto the $8 million in insurance money.
