SCRANTON -- Participants braved the frigid weather for the second Shiver by the River event Saturday morning in Scranton.
The race, hosted by the Scranton Running Company, kicked off at 10 a.m.
Folks could walk a two-mile route or run a 5K or 10K.
After the race, some very brave souls polar plunged into the Lackawanna River.
