Fire Destroys Home in Schuylkill County

BARRY TOWNSHIP -- Flames destroyed a trailer home early Monday morning in Schuylkill County.

The place along Airport Road near Ashland caught fire just after 4 a.m. It took firefighters nearly two hours to put the fire out.

Crews said one man lives there. He made it out safely but lost everything in the fire. He did not have insurance.

That man is staying with family.

There is no word what started the fire.
