HONESDALE -- Personal information from nearly 400 patients may have been compromised at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.
Officials tell us a nurse's aide has been fired for accessing medical records without authorization last year.
Some of the information in those records may have included social security numbers, diagnoses and insurance information.
Police are investigating the privacy breach in Wayne County.
