LUZERNE COUNTY -- Drivers might see some delays as they travel through Luzerne County on Monday.
PennDOT plans to shut down the passing lane of Interstate 81 North between the Mountain Top/ Wilkes-Barre exit (Exit 165), and at Highland Park Boulevard exit (Exit 168).
The bridge work was scheduled for last week, but heavy fog postponed it.
Crews expect to start those bridge repairs around 9 AM.
