SCRANTON -- The trains are running at The Mall at Steamtown. The miniature ones, that is.
Don Clark's Miniature Memories is set up in the second floor of the mall, ready for holiday traffic to come enjoy this old-time display.
The kickoff was during last week's Santa Parade, and the shop is open Tuesdays through Sundays.
The train operators say it's something that young kids seem to have quite the interest in and enjoy visiting during the holiday season.
"They love to follow the trains. They love to look at the buildings. They want so many trains going all the time. They want to see what's going on," said Joseph Shock.
Admission is free, but they are accepting donations to St. Joseph's Center and the Holiday Christmas Bureau.
