Increased Security at Penn State Football Game

UNIVERSITY PARK -- Penn state officials amped up security in and above Beaver Stadium for Saturday's game against Michigan.

Gates opened at 10 a.m., 30 minutes earlier than usual.

All fans were patted down before they entered and were advised to leave their bags at home.

Officials say the same security screenings will be in place at the Bryce Jordan Center.
