TANNERSVILLE — A former business owner from Monroe County is accused of using stolen or fake credit cards.
A federal grand jury indicted Rehan Merchant earlier this week.
The feds say the former owner of the Cigar and Tobacco Outlet in Tannersville used the bogus cards to make purchases at his own store.
Cops arrested him in Florida last week.
