EAST PENN TOWNSHIP -- The Food Network sent out a casting call for bakers and Candy Knappenberger from Carbon County answered.
She'll appear on the Food Network's "Cake Wars: Christmas" Monday at 9 p.m.
The woman from the Lehighton area has been in the baking business for more than 15 years.
Earlier in the day Monday, she gave us a sneak peak of what she'll be doing on the show.
"I also do pulled and blown sugar, which is really a lot like blown glass. That's actually what I did on the show. I actually didn't do cake," said Knappenberger.
Knappenberger shot the series back in May in Los Angeles.
She's on Team Yellow, Elves with Attitude.
