LUZERNE COUNTY---It may be seven weeks before Christmas, but it already looks like a winter wonderland inside Wyoming Valley Mall in Luzerne County.
The holiday decorations are out, music is playing and Santa is set up for visits and pictures with children.
Many said they think it is way too early for all the festivities.
"It is very warm, that's why the reindeer are off at the ice cream factory taking it easy because it's too warm outside for them. But I don't mind. I like getting out of the North Pole every once in a while,” chuckled Santa.
"Everybody put their Christmas lights up before Halloween, certain people just do a certain weird stuff. It is kind of weird to have it a little early,” said Ron Smith of Wilkes-Barre.
Santa is also at the Viewmont Mall in Lackawanna County from now through Christmas Eve.
