OLYPHANT -- There's a potential buyer for a factory that makes CDs and DVDs in Lackawanna County.
Technicolor based out of France plans to buy Cinram in Olyphant for around $40 million.
Like Cinram, Technicolor makes and distributes DVD and Blu-ray discs.
The sale could be finalized this month.
It's not clear if the deal will affect jobs at the plant in Lackawanna County.
