WILKES-BARRE -- A jury has been selected in a homicide trial in Luzerne County.

James Roche is accused of gunning down two men in April of last year.

This isn't the first time we're learning about what happened in a home near Hunlock Creek.

Roche faces two counts of criminal homicide.

Roche allegedly gunned down a father and son, Ronald and Jeffrey Evans at their home. Prosecutors believe Roche didn't like Ronald Evans, because Evans had a relationship with Roche's girlfriend, Holly Crawford.

Crawford was charged with being part of the double murder plot, an allegation she denied. Crawford was tried in September, and found guilty of two counts of first degree murder. Crawford testified at her trial, blaming it all on Roche, but the jury didn't buy her story.

Crawford will be formally sentenced in late November with life in prison.

Opening statements in Roche's trial are set to begin Tuesday.
