SCRANTON -- The suspect in a drive-by shooting in Scranton has been arrested in New York City.
U.S. Marshals picked up Jaquan Pankey, 21, Monday morning. They found him in Brooklyn, hiding in a closet.
Scranton police charged Pankey with attempted homicide last month after a drive-by shooting on North Main Avenue.
One man was shot and had to be taken to the hospital.
Scranton police say Pankey and the victim had a dispute over a woman.
