  • Butterfly  shrimp
  • Dip shrimp in flour then egg batter
  • Saute shrimp in olive oil until golden brown
    Get rid of oil when shrimp is cooked

Add to skillet:
White wine
Chicken  Stock
Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper
Serve over linguine.
