WILKES-BARRE -- A second suspect wanted for a shooting in Wilkes-Barre earlier this year has been arrested.
Diondre Bess, 28, was arrested in Athens, Georgia on Wednesday by U.S. Marshals.
Officers say Bess was involved in the shooting at Sherman Hills apartment complex in March.
A 24-year-old man was shot, but survived.
The other suspect, Keith Hayes, was arrested in April.
