WILKES-BARRE -- A man is locked up in Luzerne County, accused of sexually assaulting a girl with autism.
Police said Pedro Ewing, 43, assaulted the 14 year old and gave her drugs at an apartment in Wilkes-Barre over the weekend.
Ewing is locked up on statutory sex assault and corruption of minors charges. He is already awaiting trial for a robbery at a wine and spirits store in Wilkes-Barre Township in April.
