SCRANTON -- The social media craze from last summer, the ice bucket challenge, was back Friday at Montage Mountain Waterpark in Scranton, raising money for the ALS Association.

The event was sponsored by Montage, Allied Services and Quantum Rehab.

This was also a chance for Quantum, based in Exeter, to show off its new i-Level motorized wheelchair that lets those who need the chair boost themselves and in effect walk at eye level with their friends.

"Allowing you to be eye level really allows you to be part of the group, not looking up at everyone. It allows you to have a little more dignity," said Bryan Anderson with Quantum Rehab.

Video of the ice bucket challenge is posted on Facebook. The companies sponsoring it will donate a dollar for each like.
